A rental home,
ready for a new chapter.

The owner wanted to rent out the home, but the existing furnishings made it difficult to find a tenant. The challenge was to create a cosy, distinctive space without overspending—and to do it quickly.

Make an impact.
Keep it welcoming.

We brought the design, renovation, carpentry and furniture together to give the home a fresh identity, with cost and the tight timeframe in mind.

In the living room, a plain wall became a timber feature with a light-coloured TV cabinet, integrated storage and illuminated display shelves. Neutral furnishings and curtains help make the finished space feel comfortable and inviting.
